Hello, I’m Hana!
Born and Bred in Birmingham - living in Halesowen for the past 10 years, and not even leaving the area to study at University, Hana has always been proud to be from the midlands.
She was delighted to start her career working for Tarmac from HQ in Wolverhampton, and that’s where she spent over half her career to date, building strong operational management and continuous improvement experience. Holding the title of Change Agent for numerous years, it is no surprise that Change is what Hana does best.
and the art of the possible during her time at IESA, where she headed up the Continuous Improvement and Digital Software Development departments.
She loved the work she completed there, from automating transactional processes to delivering new innovative features to customers via the award-winning Digital Customer portal platform; she later was awarded Impact Player of the Year for her contribution of ideas through to delivery.
However after more than 5 years of working away from home missing family and friends, Hana decided to return to the midlands.

When she founded HanaTech her vision was clear: to support local businesses to improve their efficiency and competitiveness through increasing their use of technology.
